About 6 months ago I was really bad with my anxiety and on my way home from work through the park (in the dark) I twisted my ankle badly, the pain was excruciating but my anxiety seemed to instantly vanish (bonus!). Has anyone else had any similar experiences. (im not trying to encourage anyone to seriously self harm here!!)

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
You need to be careful. I started to do something similar and now I need to cut to get the same results. I have been advised to try deep breathing
