Everytime I'm going somewhere I completely freak out thinking I will not be able to either find the place, or find a place to park. Yesterday I was literally crying because I couldn't find a place to park. I start telling myself "Stephanie, calm down, you're stupid if you're upset about parking." Which in turn makes it worse...because now I'm freaking out about freaking out. Anyone else have any thing that causes extreme anxiety that a normal person would think was not that big of a deal?
