Has anyone experienced this? I've recently had one in the morning..just not being able to breathe and then one in the middle of the night where I couldn't breathe and my heart was just pounding. Does this happen to anyone else? And what meds are usually prescribed for panic attacks. I had to see my gp yesterday instead of my psych and he prescribed only 2mg of Klonopin. Is that gonna help? I have my doubts. Anyhow, any feedback is grateful. Thanks.
