im sooo tired, ive been working alot! and hard and im sore, but im so sore its making me panic:( ive got a headache and back ache and my arm hurts now im freaking out! i know its all in my head but i get so scared that what if this time it isnt!

its okay..i have had chest pains and my left arm was tinggling and i went to the doctors like 3 times for that and the docs told me that its the anxiety. too young to have heart problems and well i have major neck problems and shoulder pains cuase when your anxious your always tense and even when you dont think your tense you are. i think that i get really tense in my sleep. i wake up and my neck pain is bad, when i get up i have headaches and neck pain....dont worry its just the anxiety...try read a book it always comforts me...the anxiety workbook or any book on anxiety...those are symptoms..only when i got diagnosed with panic disorder i started getting chest pains and sore arms and frequent headaches. hope i could help

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
