As I type this I'm at the tail end of having a panic attack. I guess it's to be expected. I ran out of Klonopin yesterday and didn't take any & didn't pick it up till today. This is day 4 of decreasing Celexa - yet again - to 30mg and increasing Zoloft to 75mg. I was feeling better last week that was until the decrease/increase. I feel like crap! Just think I have 3 more decreases and one more increase of Zoloft UGH!!! This is the worse part - the anxiety of it all. I just have to keep reminding myself it's the switching and it will get better.
