So I am in grad school and participating in class discussions is killer for me. I'll panic all through class but manage to at least get something out there. Last night, though, was a perfect example of something I experience all the time. I managed to get my one sentence out, and it was incorrect. So the guys in the class teased me - they were not being mean, I know that. But it took everything I had not to cry. I feel like such a big baby! Is anyone else over-sensitive like me? Do you experience this, too? This happens to me at work, at home, etc. Little things will set me off crying...

Once in a while I read posts here, I see people would rather be miserable and stay miserable. I'm trying to not judge, but how can people feel better if they don't want to help themselves? I mean not feel better, just more like being comfortable. I know there's no cure for depression, it can be managable. If I'm wrong, please tell me. Thanks
