I think the big thing that screams to me is OCD, or obsessive compulsive disorder...but I'm not a doctor. Alot of it may have to do with your self esteem. Why are you worrying so much about what others think? Well, then again, I'll be honest, I worry about what others think too. I just recently started to tell myself that it wasn't worth the stress. But if you arent at that point yet, then tell your doctor your thoughts, because it may not be healthy to not tell your doc. Is there something in your life that's bothering you, and thats causing you to worry about others thoughts? Hows your self concept? What do you think about yourself? If all your answers to these questions come up roses and sunshine, then do see your doctor...but actually, even if the answers are gloomy and cloudy, still see your doctor, there may be other issues that you have, that are disguised as something else.
