Hi, I haven't posted often, but I read the posts and they help a lot to know other people are out there feeling like I am. Today was a great day, no panic, things at work went well, and now I feel like I'm spiraling down - even though work went well, I find one little thing that I might have done differently, and obsess about it until I get really upset. I hate when I do this and can't stop myself. It's like I don't want to be happy.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
