I hate this muddy thought pattern where I cannot even make sense of my own whirling panic. I honestly am feeling like I want to scream for help, but forgot the words for how I feel, I dont think this is normal. How can you get better when you dont know whats wrong? Thats what makes this problem so maddening

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
