When i was sixteen i had a really bad nightmare. It scared me so much that when I woke up, I went into shock and had to go to the hospital. The doctor said that it was common for patients to come in late at the night from having really bad nightmares. The nightmare continued bothering me for about two years and I just began to think about it less and eventually stopped. Over the past few months I have begun thinking about it again and cannot stop. I try to keep my mind occupied on other things, but I eventually start thinking about it again. My continuous thinking of this dream makes my life so hard to live. I just don't know how to deal with this. Is there something wrong with me?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
