Something else that may help is to sit down and write on paper EXACTLY what things you are anxious about and then continue to write things that you can do to lessen that anxiety or to cope with those situations if they come up. For example, if you are already stressing about what to wear, write that on your list and then write down what possibilites you have in your wardrobe and choose one. Continue doing this with everything you are feeling anxious about - hopefully that will help you destress a bit.
