I am new to this community so allow me to introduce my self.
HI. My name is Michelle,25, and I live in south florida. I have my first year anniversary to my amazing husband this sunday (yes, april fools day!). I have been suffering from axiety for years now and have had it under control for the most part. I was able to just breathe and remind my self that everything was ok and calm down. But after putting my dog to sleep 3 weeks ago, I have lost control of it. I have been suffereing from terrible attacks because he used to be what I took out all of the panicing on whether it was a run or a ride to the park. The doctor put my on zoloft because I started having chest pains from it and everything else that comes with axiety. The med. helps me to clam down and put things back in prospective again. I just thought I would join a group where I can talk about this and not feel like there is someting to hide or feel ashamed of it. I used to look at people that were having panic attacks (part of my job) and say oh look how they can't contorl themself, but not I know why. Because something in me 3 weeks ago SNAPPED. I am still having the attacks but limiting my meds untill I get ot a point that I feel I can't cope anymore.
So that is the short and sweet of my axiety and I am very much looking foward to getting to know all of you and taking in advice!!!

A deep longing accompaniedby the deepest Love some days. The heavy fog mayreturn and the next day, it may recede.Once again, it's...

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
