Been taking valium for years. Xanax prior to that and I would advise everyone to stay away from xanax. Use it sparingly for relief of panic attacks but never take it regularly. You will be an addict in 2-3 weeks and sit at home watching the clock waiting for the time you can take your next pill. I lived like that for a decade. That being said; Valium works well without the extreme withdrawal every 2 hours from xanax. I take 5mg 2 or 3 times a day. That had been controlling my anxiety for the past 10 years but my wife had a stroke 3 years ago and is having chronic pain ever since that is getting worse by the day. And she lost her job yesterday so now she has no medical to pay for her meds and we don't have enough money to pay our mortgage. We can slide by for a month or two on savings but after that.....so I am in desperate need of something I can take with my valium to relieve my increased anxiety. I haven't felt this panic stricken in nearly 15 years.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
