Hey, Im in my teens and have always been a worrier however this is now getting in the way for everytime i do something out of my comfprt zone i need the toilet constantly, and if i dont go i get stomach pains. this is really annoying me at the moment, and i feel well embarased telling the world like this but i really would like some advice on how i could go about getting rid of this issue. Thanks, really do appreciate any replies!

Speak with your parents and get to a therapist or doctor. Excessive worrying/anxiety should not stand in the way of your life. There are meds out there that are very helpful. No reason you should suffer.

Hey I really do appreciate the reply Ebaby, has cheered me up to think there are people out there that take this kinda thing seriously, and that want to help, but do you know any way that i can get over this without Meds, ect for i dont like the idea on relying on pills to live worry free, I have told my parents though, and my mother is the same to a certain extent however she has never really gotten over it, therefore she doesnt usually do much outside of her comfort zone.

There are things you can do about the toilet issue...like..try changing your diet a bit. it might help if you ate a bit less fiber and more solid stuff like meat and potatoes...eggs etc. Manwhile...try breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. i do know that your problem can be a symptom of anxiety.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
