Hi, I have been on Lexapro for 15 mths on and off for the past two years. Currently, I am on 5mg (very low) and I want to get off of it. I have had good success with it but I do not like the weight gain or low libido. However, I want to have a back up plan with supplements or herbs. I am taking vitamin C, B, Omega 3, magnesium, multi and greens powder. All of these are suppose to support anxiety. I have done a lot of research on my own. I was just curious if anyone else has found any supplements or amino acids that have helped and if so - what is the dose? I have read that it could be a magnesium defecieny. I know there is a reason why I have anxiety all of a sudden at the age of 35. Now, two years later I am still dealing with it. I am tired of treating the problem instead of the reason. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
