Even on days I have plans, good plans or work, my get a knot in my stomach, feel sensitive to my heart rate (its not racing, I just pay more attention to it)and get restless.... every morning for the past two weeks.....
Maybe it is habit forming... I have been off my meds- prior to two weeks ago- and my anixety -of course-- took over......
The last two weeks have been help, until the meds kick back in.... I am managing much better, but mornings....
Every mornings... I accept the symptons... and I get up...regardless of the time, and ususally get on DS and vent like this morning.... or right in my journal my considers........ it will pass Iknow.. I am beginning to accept it....
Any other suggestions?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Try and let work distraction or getting ready for work be a distraction
Try yelling at it to go away and you wont let it control you.
This may or may not help but has helped me in the past.
Hopefully it wont take long for your meds to kick in.
