I haven't been on here in a while because I was in a psych hospital for about two weeks. I initially went in there for panic attacks and usually they don't admit yu but I persuaded them to admit me. While in there my psychiatrist told me that he felt it was more medical than mental but still put me on medicine. I'm currently on prozac, lamictal, remeron, and vistaril. I don't really take the vistaril because it doesn't work. Initially my doctor thought it was more too and referred me to a neurologist. When I went to her, she said oh anxiety. And I said said no. I can get my mind to calm down and stop having racing thoughts but my body doesn't calm down. Needless to say, I had bloodwork done and getting an mri done next week. I'm getting tested for fibromyalgia, ms, lupus, and thyroid issues. I get very forgetful at times. I can't drive anymore because my leg twitches too much. There's a lot of speculation as into what it could be being that lupus and fibromyalgia is in my family. I need to make sure I'm not going crazy. I would be deeply upset if it is anxiety because I don't know how to deal with it. My psychiatrist said keep in mind medical conditions cause anxiety, not the other way around. Feedback is greatly appreciated.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
