Fish Oil is a lifesaver! I have had problems with anxiety and depression for a number of years. After reading about a fish oil study online, I decided to try it. I noticed a significant and positive improvement in the following symptoms within 1-2 weeks: insomnia, overall level of anxiety, and negative thoughts. My overall mood has improved to the point where I feel relatively normal on a daily basis (as opposed to really, really down all the time). I suggest everyone try some of this amazing stuff:)

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
