I read aa lot especially about stress, health, anxiety, etc. Our minds are very powerful. If you tell yourself you are scared you will be scared. If you tell yourself you are relaxed then you are relaxed. If you have a negative thought you are suppose to replace it with a positive. That sounds so logical. I know this is all true now I have trouble when all the sudden I am sweating for no reason or my heart flutters for no reason or my legs are wobbly when I am in a crowded place.
