So day 3 of no Celexa.....I asked to be taken off it because every AD I take gives me a high heart rate once it starts working. So today is day 3 of not taking anything. Heart rate is still up, head is cloudy, head hurts, feels like I have the flu, I have really no appetite......this is so much fun.....Oh wait I just did this with effexor 3 months ago! At least I am not getting brain zaps YET! 36 hour half life on celexa so I think I should be clear in 2 more days HOPEFULLY! What really sucks is that I was only taking 10mg I never thought the withdrawal from such a low dose that I only took for a month would be this bad. The computer screen hurts my eyes right now too this sucks. I just hope and pray that getting off this stuff will lower my heart rate back to normal again and I can start regaining my grip on my anxiety again which I got a nice grip on until they put me on celexa as I didn't take any AD for 2 months and never felt better in 10 years.
Oh well back to watching Michigan stomp Minnesota :)

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
