I was still having dizzy moments and I went back to my doctor. She did an EKG and while I was at rest my heart rate was 53 (they like 60 plus). So I had to wear a heart holster for 24 hours and won't get the results for 2 weeks. I'm not in the best of weight health and don't excersise like I should. My blood pressure is normal and my cholesteral and all that is good. So I was wondering could low heart rate at rest be part of my anxiety?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
