It is the beginning of a new year. Look back and see what has helped or made life better with anxiety. We often are so disassociated that we only see the fear right in front of us or live past horrors. We need to look at the direction of our ships, the big picture from time to time.
Last year my meditation practice calmed me and seemed to heal my nerve endings or just soothed me. I actually had a four month period of peace. I relasped but strive to find that peace again.

I agree that no one understands how hard we battle to do the most mundane things of life. It takes courage to face anxiety and go out into the world carrying thid cross.
Avoidance can grip our souls at times. We are hard on ourselves and most critical about our insecurities.
