I've taken Zoloft, Celexa and Lexapro over the past 14 years. Went to the doc today because I seem to have hit another plateau and wanted to increase the Lexapro dosage. I've been taking 20mg for about 3 years...she wanted to put me on Effexor but after reading the online petition about it, I decided to not take it. My question is this: does anyone out there take more than the 20mg dose? She says it only goes up to 20mg, but I've read several posts from people who take 30-40mg. Anyone?Advice?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
