I started taking the natural supplement "Theanine Serene" which has the calming amino acide L-Theanine with Gaba. It seems to calm me down and is working for the past week. I take it 1-2 a day with my vitamins. I see this amino is in another product called "Seredyne" which not only has this amino but also has valerian which I hear is good too. I recommend for people who dont want to take meds to try these. They have no/little side effects and will either work for you or they wont. But it cant hurt trying. Just thought I would share.
