Who here needs to take a dose of at least 2mg a day or more in order to feel any benefit? I need AT LEAST that much to feel anything, and honestly I feel I need more like 3 or 4mg a day. Not all at once but admittedly I will sometimes take as much as 3mg at once if I'm having a LOT of stress and unconsolable anxiety and it's the only way I can seem to get any relief. Is there anyone here who needs to take that much as well in order to feel better from it? I'm happy for these people who can get by on .5 mg a day, but extremely jealous too! Am I alone in needing such a high dose? I have an aunt who is allowed to take up to 4mg a day as needed. I know 4mg is typically the acceptable max dose for anxiety, but I've read for those who have epilepesy, they can take as much as 20 mg a day!! So therefore it can't be that dangerous to take a higher dose, other than the addiction factor. I'm looking to hear from other people who take higher doses of this stuff on a regular basis. I'm starting to feel like something is wrong with me that I need so much of it. Thanks

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
