I am 3 months pregnant and am having quite a hard time of it. I was recently in the ER for a horrible flu that kept me overnight and I never got any sleep. Once I got home i tried to sleep and found that my anxiety started to now allow me to sleep..now it has become a real problem. I am now on day 5 of very little sleep. I was on 2.5 mgs of Lexapro which my doctor told me to up it to 5mgs (which I was on before I was pregnant and did fine). I am also on Ambian to sleep with is still very scattered and sparse. i am having a very hard time right now with anxiety. my head feels so heave, my legs are shaking, I am crying a lot, and I keep getting waves of hard anxiety which scares me. I wonder if uppoing the dosage is causing this? I am gald to see there are others out there like me. I hope this passes.. for I am very scared. -Emma

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
