I've just started Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and it seems to be helping already. Try writing down a journal/diary of your day and any anxious thoughts tthat you dwell on, then if you start CBT, you will learn ways to challenge the negative thoughts and look at things objectively.
It helps me so much just to get them out of my head and onto paper.
