So usually (like right now) I start feeling my anxiety first a little and slowly it starts getting bigger and bigger till I cant handle it anymore. While this is going on I try to keep my mind off it or I try to think about something else but it feels like I stop functioning usually I end up laying in bed and I tell myself "Okay you should move its probably because you are just laying here you should work on homework or cook food or something" but I cant move. I dont know why but the more I tell myself to move I cant and then I get frustrated and cry and my heart starts feeling tight and yeah...and I feel like Im starting to feel a little anxious right now...I dont want to have a anxiety attack any advice?

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
