Thats your anxiety talking. Ask your doc for alternative homeopathic remedies. I'm big on aromatherapy, like lavendar oil, and Vetiver oil. My anxiety isn't very serious...but if you're looking for alternatives give these essential oils a try..or try the homeopathic remedies. Find 'em at your local "natural store". Here in California we have a place called "Mother's Market", and it's like a fancy Trader Joes, or a fancy Herbies.
