hi there everyone, i am new here, i need some help , i am currently doing research on what sufferers need when they are having anxiety and panic attacks, i am interested to hear what works for you and what you need in the moments of the anxiety or panic? i myself have suffered on and off with this for 10 years and in the recent 3 ,i was engaged but had no support ,so i have suffered alone with no understanding by family and it gets you down, so particularly if this is you, what do you wish you had when you are right in the throws of an episode, i appreciate all your help and thanks in advance for your time to let me know,be well . cheers realharmony
