I have a mild anxiety disorder that causes me to sweat uncontrollably. Confrontation sends me into panick attacks and I hate it. I inherited all of my mothers health problems [depression, bipolar, anxiety, allergies to just about everything]. My parents expect too much from me which doesn't help my anxiety problem, and all I can do is let them down. I wish I could get rid of the anxiety but my parents don't believe in prescribing these kinds of medications to teenagers. She doesn't understand how much I suffer because she doesn't want me to experience a few side affects. She doesn't see all the pain I go through. She doesn't see the things that go on in my bedroom when the door is closed. She doesn't see how much I cry, and hyperventilate. She doesn't watch me bleed. She doesn't read the morbid poems I write in my diary that speak only of death. She doesn't see the cuts and scars up and down my legs and arms. She doesn't know what I'm going through...And I don't want her to. I don't want her to think I'm crazy, and I don't want her to commit me. I don't want her to call me a whore.
I just want her to trust me again. I just want her to love me and accept me for who I am and who I will always be.
Help?...
