I'm new to the anxiety community and Daily Strength. I've battled with anxiety and depression all of my life. Currently I take Xanax XR and regular Xanax (alprazolam)to keep my anxiety in order. It works fairly well but after many years of dependency, it would be nice to find a less addictive therapy. I've read a lot about biofeedback and would like to give it a try but my insurance won't cover the costs. If I choose to take the plunge and try it, I'm afraid it would break my bank! I'm really on the fence and don't want to waste money on something if it dosn't work. Has anyone had a good result with biofeedback therapy which they would like to share?
