Not like panicking, but I just feel like I can't breathe to good and I couldn't sleep last night because of it. =[ What's going on? Bah!

What you were experiencing was another anxiety sympom. Learning to control your breathing correctly, is a major part of controling panic attacks. I if you need further help and can't find where, I'll glady explain what the body is doing to create these feelings and how you can handle them better. Don't worry, it's all a little bit of effort, but you'll be fine.

Look up hyperventilating on line. What you are feeling is probably similar, altho you might not be panting, etc... Sort of a tightness in the chest, can't quite catchhyour breath??? Can't get a full breath. Paper bag breathing may help. Do some research and decide if it is right for you.

Thanks! I don't feel anxious or anything, I just have a hard time breathing and I can't think of any reason why.

It's that crappy anxiety getting at you. I have the very same problem, at night mostly. Learning some yoga breathing techniques have helped. Take care of yourself.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
