I have anxiety and OCD and I've been doing really intense CBT therapy for over a year, so many things have improved that I have been hopeful of a normal life. But I have one OCD issue that just won't go, it has improved but it's still an issue that keeps me from functioning as a normal person. This was suppose to be my graduation week from therapy and I started to backslide on this one issue. I'm so frustrated, scared and feeling a little hopeless about it. I've worked so hard, yet here I am again. Has anyone else experienced this??? Can CBT help with all issues? Will this little tormenting voice in my head ever go away? I just want to feel whole but right now I feel fragmented. Need advice, support, or just to know it's going to get better. Anyone out there?
