this is a commmon factor in our Anxiety..for shame theres no cure, but theres a remendy for it to subside it and that cure is YOU!! you my friend have your thoughts GLUED !! to the negativity's of life even though what your thoughts are its normal its ok to do that, only if you choose..but? you will pay for it by suffering Anxiety
see our minds are like a car Battery one side is the megative side the other is Positive, pending on how you train your thoughts?
which side to think on Positive thinking keeps Anxiety , Panic attacks at Bay ,
medications help? but only mask it or make it worse
you are over working the Negative side you need to regroup

take each day by the Hour, let nature takes it course i mean dont you sit there and worry or pretict what could
thats sooooo negative and you need to hault that and revise your mind and tell yourself everything is going to be ok hour by hour each day
ever hear the term " FACE YOUR FEARS" ? well now is the time face it head on be strong will'd and dont be bullied by it Fear is nothing but a negative thought or thinking i could go on... but i see of late alot of people come in here ask and BAMMM there gone, if you realy want the help the advice i had a few take my advice and it worked some believe in taking medication for there Anxiety , some believe in other methods you dont have to suffer so badly ( i should pratice what i preach )
