The Lord gives us only stuff yu can handle, my anxiety seems hard for me but i know that i can overcome it if i try with the help of God. It is almost like a test i just to keep faithful and trusting and soon i will get out of it....
Here is something else that helps me that i read in a book.. It took years of negative thinking for me to get as bad as i did with the anxiety its not going to go away quickly. Just everyday tell your self your fina, your strong and you will get better. Overcome the negative thinking with positive soon you will be believing it and getting better.
