Have you found a good therapist that you can relate to? Meds don't always work, but sometimes having a good therapy can help tremendously. Especially if you don't have anyone close in your personal life to turn to. Therapy works wonders for those of us who don't have someone in our own lives to talk to or who we fell comfortable enough to expose our vulnerabilities to. It's a good idea to seek some sort of therapeautic help before your depression gets worse.

Maybe it's time for some other things like Yoga, exercise, walking, meditation, talking with friends, going out with friends or family, or a hobby like fishing, camping, scrapbooking, painting, etc. Try something to help ease your mind. Pilates and yoga work well for me. I love it. I especially like to walk at night when I'm feeling wound up, or anxious. I wish you much luck. Keep us posted.
