I just got my first prescription for Klonopin. I'm supposed to take .5 mg twice a day. Is this how it's usually prescribed? I thought klonopin was something one took on an 'as needed basis'. Does taking it twice a day, evenly spaced apart keep the med in evenly in your body and help control the anxiety throughout the day? Is that how it works? When is the best time to take it? Or what if I still have a major freakout during the day, is it okay to take an extra dose of Klonopin to help put the breaks on? I'm a little confused. Thanks for all your help.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
