I have generalized anxiety much of the time, especially on Mondays, when I go to work, or in social settings, such as parties or any group where I don't know people well. I used to take Zoloft for depression and it also helped a lot with the anxiety. But upon doctor's advice, I weaned myself off the Zoloft, and I'm glad I did. I don't want to be medicated if I can avoid it. But nothing else I've tried, e.g., breathing, psycho therapy, has done much to resolve my anxiety. Any thoughts, suggestions or advice?
