The hardest part of my anxiety is that I feel guilty if my boyfriend wants to go out and do things and I just want to stay home. Tonight we are going out with some of his friends, and I have been getting myself all worked up about it. I tried to explain to him how I feel and he understands...but what if he starts to get annoyed or sick of it?!

It sounds as if, although you don't want to go...you actually do go out...and thats good. the more you go out and meet your boyfiends friends, the better you will get to know them and the easier it will be. Your boyfriend probably really appreciates this as he understands how you feel. So try not to worry about him getting annoyed. He sounds like too nice a guy for that

the best thing to do is put yourself in these situations (i know it sounds silly) but each time you go out it will become easier..geez i need to take my own advice sometimes

dont avoid it! ul only feel worse, but going out with them wil make it better and make ur self feel better too :) xx

thank you all so much. After a hard time getting ready- I did go out and stayed out for hours. If I could give any advice it would be to push yourself- hey if you get out and need to go home, go- but half the time you will surprise yourself and have fun.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
