I have always been an anxious person but for the last couple of months it's been joined by depression and it's awful. I really can't see the end of it all. I am struggling to get though every day. I have a seven year old and i'am not coping well with her because i'm so self involved. Luckly she's pretty good and takes care of herself. I've been put on medication and it's just been upped but there is still no change in my mood, i'm scared that if it's last any longer i will do something stupid. I've spoke to people about my concerns but no one seems to be able to lift my mood and i just don't know were to go from here, help.
