Does anyone have any ideas on how to not let your work overtake you? I work in an environment where I am expected to be able to handle an unreasonable workload, while at the same time keeping the doctors/nurses/etc happy. Maybe I am naive, but my patients are my first priority, and it is really frustrating when I don't feel I have the time to give them the attention they deserve. I have tried speaking to my superiors, without much resolution. I need advice on how to learn to get through my day at work without letting it tear me apart inside and judge myself and leave it at work at the end of the day!
