hey I have been dealing with anxiety for like a couple years now, and I just started taking klonapin last year, but I want to be able to deal with this without medication. Does anyone have any suggestions, I feel like I am at a dead end with this and it won't go away. I think about some of the craziest things that make me go into panic, like time going by, tragedies in my family, death, and it usually happens at night. Then I have to take a klonapin or I'll be up all night. Does anyone have any idea how to make this stop? Thanks.

So my daughter, who will be 30 in a few months, says she thinks she has varicose veins, as she can't figure out what else it could be. Only in one leg, and is so bad it is hard to sleep at night.
