I've had a number of EKGs and CT Scans and have been assured there is nothing wrong with my heart. Yet I can't shake the idea that the pain is due to something serious. How normal are chest pains with panic attacks, and does anyone have any tips for convincing myself there is nothing wrong with my heart?
