I too am having a set back! I have been on meds since sept and I am planning on moving back to ny feb 28th. I have been away from ny for a bit over a year and took a year off of work to figure out my migraines sitution I know its time for me to get my life back and the closer I get to the move date the stronger my anxiety is!! :( I know I will be fine once i just do it! I know u will be fine too. Its ok to feel u stepped back I think its normal.

Today you know more than yesterday. The little annoying symptoms don't bother you as much. Know this and know that everday will be better. So you had a set back, don't let it bother you. Its done, it happen, move on. Don't think about it, don't analyze it. I am sure it did not consume you like it did when you first had an attack.
