OK. So we had our third open house to sell our home today. Our house has been on the market for a little over a month. My real estate agent is pressuring me to drop my price based on other homes that have sold in the area that are not in move in condition like mine is. I live in a very desirable area. I have told her that I am willing to wait it out until Spring, but she is still pressuring me. I have priced it initially way below its worth. I feel that it has something to do with the real estate firm wanting to unload the house before the contract is up in January. Have any of you had an experience like this?
