By the end of the night i'm always so tired, but as soon as i lay down, not a half hour or so into trying to fall asleep i'm wide awake again. Does anyone have any suggestions for helping me sleep? i exercise 5-6 days a week and eat a pretty balanced diet. i stay away from caffeine all together and sugar for the most part. i don't like taking narcotics because i hate that hangover feeling.
