Hi. I've been having a terrible streak of insomnia. I've taken sleeping pills, done the yoga routine, exericed, showered, anything to help me relax before bed. None of it seems tp be working. This has been going on for a week now. Any suggestion??? Any one else out there who can commisertate? Thanks. Just needed to vent a bit. I'm going nuts. I'm tired.
