Not sure if this is related to my Fibro. Anxiety, Vertigo or all the above, so I'm going to post it in a few locations.
Just wondering if any of you experience this sort of HyPER-Ultra sensitive state, with your senses. What I mean it that certain noises literally make your body jump or "twitch". Some days I'm sensitive to noises, (certain frequencies seem worse) , lights & motion. And some days its nearly intolerable--feels like I'm going to go crazy from all the "jolting" to my system. Just wonder if any of you have had this & found anything to help...
Many Thanks!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
With me it's smells. And seeing sometimes, I seem to always notice things other people don't.
I have pigeons that eat the berries on a bush out my window and they really freak me out when they flap their wings if my window is open.
It's freaky, but it's only our natural defensive fight/flight response being active. It's what adrenaline is supposed to do...highten our senses as we would need to either run for our lives or fight the danger...the weird thing is, there is no damn REAL danger.
I know we need the fight/flight response system and adrenaline, but boy, do I wish I could just give it away and never have to deal with it again.

sometimes i step outside, and even if it's not bright, i find it bright and cannot see.
i am very very very triggered by noises and it makes me scared to be out of the house because every time there is a loud noise, i jump..not good if i am walking with a coffee in my hand..
it makes me vibrate inside, and i cannot handle it.
the only thing i can do, is if i'm feeling really sensitive, i can't leave the house until it passes
