I remember one of the scariest feelings I had after my anxiety started was Heart palpitations and I thought that was the end right there... my heart was going to stop working. I was put through an ekg test and found nothing all...I was normal... I had a 24hr holter 4 times as they failed 3 times. The holter did show a couple abnormalities but nothing to worry about.
